Founder Story
Steven Grover is a seasoned corporate and business development leader with a track record of driving strategic growth across HR technology and services organizations including iCIMS, Phenom, and AMS. At AMS, he helped source the company’s largest RPO deal through partnerships and increased partner-driven integration opportunities by 30%+ year over year. At Phenom, he supported two strategic acquisitions in the DACH region, contributing to market expansion, 90%+ ARR retention post-merger, and a key partnership in Greater China that opened a $3M+ ARR pipeline. Earlier at iCIMS, Steven played a pivotal role in the company’s largest acquisition at the time (TextRecruit), launched strategic partnerships with ADP, Ultimate Software, and Infor, and led initiatives that grew the partner ecosystem by 400% and added $1M in annual partner-driven revenue. He is known for blending strategic vision with execution to build scalable partner ecosystems, close high-impact channel deals, and drive transactions that shape product strategy and market position.
