  • Supporting client outreach efforts through prospecting, campaigns, and coordination.

  • Preparing client-facing proposals, pitch decks, and pipeline reports.

  • Joining client and partner calls to capture insights and support execution.

  • Collaborating with PartnerSpring and client teams on go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Early career professional (0–2 years of relevant experience).

  • Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about partnerships and business development.

Steven Grover
Founder

Steven Grover is a seasoned corporate and business development executive with a proven track record of driving strategic growth for HR technology and services leaders, including iCIMS, Phenom, and Alexander Mann Solutions. At AMS, he played a key role in sourcing a multimillion dollar RPO deal, the largest in the company’s history through strategic partnerships, while also increasing partner-related integration opportunities by over 30% year over year. At Phenom, he was instrumental in two strategic acquisitions in the DACH region, contributing to market expansion and retention of over 90% of customers and ARR post-merger, and helped establish a key partnership in Greater China that opened a $3M+ ARR pipeline.

Throughout his career, Steven has built and scaled partner ecosystems, closed high-impact channel deals, and executed transactions that shaped product strategy and market positioning. At iCIMS, he played a pivotal role in the company’s largest acquisition at the time (TextRecruit), helped launch strategic partnerships with ADP, Ultimate Software, and Infor, and led initiatives that drove a 400% increase in partner count and a $1M YoY revenue boost. His ability to blend strategic insight with execution makes him a trusted growth operator in the HR and work tech ecosystem.
